Strategy added another 520 Bitcoin to its corporate treasury between June 15 and June 21, spending approximately $35 million at an average price of around $67,000 per Bitcoin.
The latest purchase was funded through proceeds from the company’s ongoing at-the-market (ATM) equity offerings. Last week, Strategy sold 2.7 million Class A shares, raising over $335 million in net proceeds.
Following this latest acquisition, Strategy now holds 847,363 BTC, valued at nearly $55 billion at current market prices. The company also reported a US dollar reserve of $1.4 billion as of June 21, ensuring liquidity for dividend payments and interest obligations.
As the largest corporate owner of Bitcoin, Strategy maintains an accumulation strategy despite recent market volatility. Bitcoin was trading at $64,659 at press time, reflecting a slight rebound but a 13% decline over the past month.
