Binance has lowered eligibility requirements for its VIP program, making it easier for high-activity users to qualify. The move aims to expand access while maintaining standards tied to measurable engagement.
BNB holding thresholds for VIP 1 to VIP 3 have been significantly reduced: VIP 1 drops from 25 BNB to 5 BNB, VIP 2 from 100 to 25 BNB, and VIP 3 from 250 to 100 BNB.
Futures trading volume requirements over 30 days are also cut. VIP 1 falls from $15M to $5M, VIP 2 from $50M to $10M, and VIP 3 from $100M to $50M in volume.
A new 'Rising Star' designation launches for users with a $30,000 average net asset balance including at least 5 BNB. Benefits include personalized support, curated events, and exclusive opportunities.
Updates take effect March 19-20, 2026. VIP levels update daily at 10:00 UTC, with users qualifying under multiple criteria assigned the highest eligible tier.
