Chainlink's data standard is now live on AWS Marketplace, offering developers access to Chainlink Data Feeds, Data Streams, and Proof of Reserve via Amazon's cloud platform.
This integration aims to help developers and financial institutions bridge traditional cloud infrastructure with blockchain networks, ensuring security, compliance, and reliability for digital asset applications.
Chainlink’s oracle infrastructure connects smart contracts to off-chain systems, addressing the "oracle problem" by enabling access to external data like prices, ownership records, and reserve verification crucial for tokenized assets.
The AWS Marketplace launch features three key Chainlink services:
- Data Feeds: Provide decentralized price and market data for asset valuation, settlement, and risk management.
- Data Streams: Deliver high-speed market data for applications like perpetual futures and high-performance on-chain markets.
- Proof of Reserve: Offers verifiable reserve attestations for stablecoins and tokenized assets, enhancing transparency and mitigating undercollateralization risks.
AWS has also provided reference architectures demonstrating Chainlink's integration with services such as Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB.
