Morgan Stanley has amended its Bitcoin ETF filing with the SEC, securing the MSBT ticker for NYSE Arca. The March 18 filing outlines an initial offering of 50,000 shares, expected to raise approximately $1 million. Coinbase Custody and BNY Mellon will serve as custodians.
The bank plans to enable retail trading for Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL) via E-Trade, expanding its crypto product suite beyond the ETF.
The ETF, a passive investment vehicle without direct Bitcoin ownership, awaits final SEC approval.
