This acquisition increases Strategy's total Bitcoin holdings to 717,722 coins. The company funded this latest purchase by selling 297,940 shares of its Class A common stock, generating nearly $40 million in net proceeds. Strategy maintains significant capacity for future acquisitions, with substantial funds available across its various programs.
Since its pivot to digital assets in August 2020, Strategy has become the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin among publicly traded companies.
