Solana Foundation and Google Cloud Launch Pay.sh Gateway for AI Agents

The Solana Foundation and Google Cloud have launched Pay.sh, a payment gateway enabling AI agents to access and pay for APIs using stablecoins on Solana. The platform eliminates manual steps like account creation, KYC, and subscriptions by letting agents pay per request directly from a Solana wallet.

Supported Google Cloud APIs include Gemini, BigQuery, BigTable, Cloud Run, and Vertex AI, offering AI inference, data warehousing, and cloud infrastructure through a unified marketplace. Over 50 community API facilitators in ecommerce, market data, communications, and blockchain infrastructure are also available.

Pay.sh acts as an API proxy on Google Cloud, using a Solana wallet as identity and x402 for payment authorization. Settlement occurs in stablecoins over Solana. The gateway is built on open standards x402 and MPP, designed for machine-native payments and agent-to-API commerce.
