Billionaire hedge fund manager Paul Tudor Jones is making a major pivot, pouring nearly $400 million into three assets while cutting ties with two Wall Street giants.
New SEC filings show Tudor Investment Corporation acquired 7.05 million shares of Warner Bros. Discovery worth $193.7 million. The move comes as the media giant moves toward a $110 billion merger with Paramount Skydance.
The fund also took a $105.9 million stake in Wells Fargo and a $99.17 million position in Capital One.
Meanwhile, Tudor fully exited BlackRock and Goldman Sachs, selling off shares worth a combined $112.6 million.
The fund significantly increased its holdings in the S&P 500 ETF, Webster Financial, and Tesla during the first quarter.
