SINGAPORE - Cotton On Asia, the regional unit of Australian fashion retailer Cotton On Group, has entered members’ voluntary liquidation.
The move follows an extraordinary general meeting held via video conference on March 25. Creditors have been invited to file claims related to outstanding debts.
Cotton On Asia operates five brands in Singapore: Cotton On, Cotton On Body, Cotton On Kids, Typo, and Rubi. It previously listed over 30 physical stores and maintained a regional headquarters in Singapore since 2014.
Founded in Australia in 1991, Cotton On Group launched its first Singapore outlet at Wisma Atria in 2007. The impact on local staff and operations remains under review as authorities assess next steps.
