NEW YORK and HONG KONG - Cyannova Capital, a New York-based investment firm, has announced the launch of its inaugural investment fund, Cyannova Capital, LP, at a private industry reception in Hong Kong. The fund is positioned as event-driven capital, leveraging a global investment cycle driven by energy, computing, automation, and space-based infrastructure.

The firm targets high-growth sectors including AI, renewable energy, robotics, and the space economy, providing long-term support to portfolio companies across North America, the Middle East, and Asia.

At the reception, Cyannova signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Butong Group, a tech-driven lifestyle solutions provider. Butong Group Chairman Wang praised Cyannova’s ability to integrate global resources and help companies scale across borders.

The event gathered over 200 business elites and featured discussions on data center financing and the future of space-based data systems. Cyannova also signed agreements with two key partners, solidifying its strategic footprint in Asia.

Cyannova Capital Managing Director Alessandro Bianchi said the reception established credibility in the Hong Kong and broader Asia market, highlighting strong demand for a crossover investment platform focused on innovation. The firm plans to begin deploying capital in the second half of 2026.
