Panther Hollow Ventures, a New York-based merchant bank, has launched a closed-loop investment platform for institutional crypto. The firm bundles pre-seed venture investing with a structured liquid yield fund focused on real-world asset (RWA) strategies and market-neutral digital assets.

Founded in November 2022, just after the FTX collapse, the firm was established by crypto attorneys Eric Swartz and Jacqueline Escobar. Its first portfolio company achieved a $0 cost basis within three years after raising follow-on capital from major institutions including Fidelity, Brevan Howard, DRW, and a16z.

The platform operates across four blockchain ecosystems: Ethereum, Solana, Canton, and StarkNet. Panther Hollow recently launched an accelerator focused on the Canton blockchain, developed by Digital Asset, which is attracting traditional financial institutions seeking permissioned infrastructure that connects to broader networks.
