Four-time NFL MVP Aaron Rodgers remains unsigned ahead of the 2026 season. The Denver Broncos are reportedly interested in acquiring the veteran quarterback.
Rodgers, who signed a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers last offseason, threw for 24 touchdowns in 16 starts. Despite leading the Steelers to their first AFC North title since 2019, they were eliminated in the wild-card round by the Houston Texans.
Denver’s interest comes amid uncertainty around current starter Bo Nix, who suffered a season-ending ankle injury during the divisional playoff win over the Buffalo Bills. Nix is rehabbing but his readiness for training camp remains unclear.

Head coach Sean Payton may view Rodgers as a short-term bridge while evaluating long-term options. A potential move would add experience to a team aiming to advance past the AFC Championship.
Rodgers has yet to make an official visit to Denver.
