The Blues erased a 2-0 deficit midway through the third period. Pius Suter scored at 7:38, and Cam Fowler tied the game with 3:46 remaining.
Fowler added an assist, and goaltender Joel Hofer made 36 saves. Hofer's performance, improving his record to 8-2-2 in his last 12 starts, was crucial as the Blues moved within five points of a wild-card playoff spot.
Kasperi Kapanen had given Edmonton the lead in the second period, and Connor McDavid extended it in the third. Connor Ingram stopped 22 shots for the Oilers.
The Oilers, third in the Pacific Division, concluded their road trip with a 2-2 record.
