Medvedev Defeats Alcaraz, Sets Up Indian Wells Final Against Sinner

INDIAN WELLS, California - Daniil Medvedev defeats Carlos Alcaraz 6-3, 7-6(3) to set up a final against Jannik Sinner.

Medvedev breaks early, taking a 3-1 lead and holding the advantage to win the first set. In the second, Alcaraz fights back but Medvedev takes control, sealing the match in the tiebreak.

Earlier, Sinner defeats Alexander Zverev 6-2, 6-4, advancing to his first Indian Wells final without dropping a set in the tournament.

"It’s a great achievement," says Sinner. "The first time here in the final, it means a lot to me."
