Cristiano Ronaldo has added a sports media venture to his growing business empire. The Portuguese star acquired a stake in LiveModeTV, a free streaming platform launched in December 2025 by Brazilian firm LiveMode.

LiveModeTV will broadcast 34 matches from the 2026 World Cup live and free of charge in Portugal, including all of Portugal's games, according to local outlet A Bola.

"Sport can change lives," Ronaldo said in a statement. He added the partnership aims to "enrich the ecosystem, broadening the reach and engagement of top competitions through YouTube broadcasts."

Ronaldo's portfolio now spans media, football clubs, artificial intelligence, hospitality, and consumer goods.
