The Chicago Sky have traded power forward Angel Reese to the Atlanta Dream in exchange for two first-round draft picks.
Reese, 23, was the seventh overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft and led the league in rebounding during 2024 and 2025. She earned acclaim alongside Caitlin Clark.
The trade gives Atlanta a first-round pick in both 2027 and 2028. Chicago’s General Manager Jeff Pagliocca called the move a strategy for roster balance.
Reese, known as "Chi Barbie," thanked Chicago in a farewell video, calling it her home.
