Christian Eriksen collapsed on the pitch during a friendly match against Ukraine on Sunday. The Danish Football Federation confirmed he was conscious and in stable condition.
The match was immediately called off. Eriksen previously suffered a cardiac arrest during Euro 2020 and was fitted with an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator. Neither Denmark nor Ukraine qualified for this year's World Cup.
