China's Eileen Gu has retained her freestyle skiing women's halfpipe crown at the Winter Games, securing a historic sixth Olympic medal. Gu's victory makes her the most decorated Olympic freestyle skier of all time.
Gu's compatriot Li Fanghui earned the silver medal, and Zoe Atkin of Great Britain took bronze.
After an initial challenging run, Gu delivered a decisive performance in her second and third attempts, achieving a top score of 94.75. This gold medal adds to the silver medals she previously won in big air and slopestyle events in Livigno. The 22-year-old athlete now surpasses Canada's Mikael Kingsbury in the all-time freeski Olympic medal standings.

Li Fanghui secured her silver with a score of 93.00 on her final run. Zoe Atkin, who was born in the United States and represents another nation, achieved a score of 92.50 for her bronze medal performance.
