Harry Kane has matched Cristiano Ronaldo's UEFA Champions League record by scoring in six consecutive knockout appearances. The English forward netted a dramatic goal in the 94th minute during a 1-1 draw against Paris Saint-Germain at the Allianz Arena, but his heroics were not enough to prevent Bayern Munich's elimination.

Defending champions PSG advanced 6-5 on aggregate, prolonging Kane's search for European glory. The 31-year-old previously reached just one Champions League final with Tottenham, losing to Liverpool. Despite scoring 56 goals this season across 49 appearances, he must wait until next year to resume his quest.

PSG will face Arsenal in the final in Budapest. Bayern, already Bundesliga champions, take on Stuttgart in the DFB-Pokal final on May 23.
