Joel Embiid's return to the Philadelphia 76ers helped spark an impressive First Round win over the Boston Celtics in the NBA Playoffs. Now, the former MVP is asking Sixers fans not to sell tickets to fans of their next opponent, the New York Knicks.

"I just have a message for our fans," Embiid said after the Sixers won Game 7. "Last time we played the Knicks, it felt like Philadelphia was Madison Square Garden East. We're going to need the support. Don't sell your tickets. This is bigger than you. We need you guys."

The Knicks, led by Jalen Brunson, advanced after a blowout win over the Atlanta Hawks. Philadelphia rallied from a 3-1 deficit, with Embiid scoring a game-high 34 points in Game 7. The 2024 series saw Sixers ownership attempt to block Knicks fans from buying tickets for a critical game, but New York clinched the series on the road.

Embiid reiterated his plea: "If you need money, I've got you. We need the support, and we need them to be extremely loud."

Game 3 of the Eastern Conference matchup is set for Friday at Xfinity Mobile Arena.
