Hall of Fame guard Tracy McGrady didn't hold back after his former team, the Orlando Magic, suffered a stunning first-round playoff exit against the Detroit Pistons. The Magic had a 3-1 series lead but lost three straight games, including a Game 7 on the road.

"What they have on their roster right now, what you see on their bench, they gotta go," McGrady said on NBC's playoff coverage. "They ain't good enough. They need to improve this roster if they wanna be a team in the East that's gonna compete."

The collapse included blowing a 24-point lead at home in Game 5 and missing 23 consecutive shots in Game 6. Head coach Jamahl Mosley was fired Monday.

Orlando's young core of Paolo Banchero, Franz Wagner, Jalen Suggs, and Desmond Bane remains under contract. The franchise now searches for a new head coach to take them deeper into the playoffs.
