The Dallas Stars have banned a fan from attending games at the American Airlines Center. This action follows the fan purchasing tickets for a group observed celebrating a goal with a Nazi salute. The team conducted an investigation to identify the ticket purchaser.

"Any type of discriminatory or hateful behavior will not be tolerated and has no place in our arena," the Stars stated. "Creating and sustaining environments that are inclusive, safe and respectful is a non-negotiable for the Dallas Stars." The arena is also increasing in-arena messaging on the Fan Code of Conduct and enhancing staff training.

The American Airlines Center confirmed it has "zero tolerance for any acts of hate and/or discrimination." The NHL maintains a fan code of conduct emphasizing inclusive, safe, and respectful environments.
