The New York Knicks have swept the Cleveland Cavaliers, winning Game 4 130-93 to reach the NBA Finals for the first time since 1999.
New York built a double-digit lead early and never looked back, hitting 19 of 43 three-pointers and dominating the boards.
Karl-Anthony Towns had 19 points and 14 rebounds. Jalen Brunson ran the offense without a turnover. Donovan Mitchell scored 31 for Cleveland, but the Knicks' defense smothered the Cavaliers' perimeter attack.
Cavaliers coach Kenny Atkinson pulled his starters with over eight minutes left, conceding the sweep.
This marks a huge validation for the Knicks, who hired coach Mike Brown after moving on from Tom Thibodeau. New York will face either the Oklahoma City Thunder or San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals starting June 3.
