MUNICH, Germany - Paris St Germain return to the Allianz Arena for Wednesday's Champions League semi-final second leg against Bayern Munich, carrying a slender 5-4 lead from the first leg. Manager Luis Enrique says the venue holds powerful motivation.
PSG won their first Champions League trophy here last May, defeating Inter Milan 5-0. Enrique also led Barcelona past Bayern at this stadium on the way to the 2015 title.
"Coming back to Munich is a real pleasure," Enrique told reporters Tuesday. "We remember last year, and from my Barcelona days, this is another source of motivation."
Despite the advantage, Enrique insists PSG will attack, not defend. "We try to win every game. We are not here to defend."
