Alexia Putellas has been named UEFA Women's Champions League Player of the Season following Barcelona's dominant 4-0 victory over Lyon in the final.
The 32-year-old midfielder led Barcelona to its fourth European title, scoring seven goals and providing seven assists during the campaign-the highest combined goal contributions in the tournament.
Putellas, now a six-time finalist with Barcelona, was a key force in a second-half rout of Lyon, the eight-time competition winners. She also earned a spot in the UEFA Team of the Season, alongside four Barcelona teammates.
UEFA also named 18-year-old Lyon midfielder Lily Yohannes as the 'Revelation of the Season' for her performances on the path to the final.
