MANCHESTER - Khadija "Bunny" Shaw shattered the Women’s Super League record with a blistering 12-minute, 37-second hat-trick, leading Manchester City to a 5-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.

City now sit atop the table with 46 points-eight clear of second-place Manchester United. Shaw, whose contract expires in four months, leads the league with 18 goals this season and holds the all-time WSL hat-trick record.

Manchester United edged Everton 2-1 on a stoppage-time winner. Arsenal crushed West Ham 5-0. Chelsea drew 1-1 with London City, surrendering a late equalizer.

"I just try my best," Shaw told Sky Sports. "Don’t watch the noise... keep going."
