AUGUSTA, Georgia - Shane Lowry delivered a memorable moment at the 2026 Masters on Saturday, sinking a hole-in-one at the par-three sixth hole.

Lowry's seven-iron found the 190-yard Juniper hole, with his ball bouncing twice before rolling into the cup, electrifying the gallery.

The Irishman's immediate celebration included a triumphant fist pump and embraces with his caddie and playing partner. He then playfully acknowledged the crowd before securing his souvenir ball.

This ace moved Lowry to eight-under par for the tournament, placing him in a tie for second, four shots behind leader Rory McIlroy.

Lowry becomes the first player in Masters history to record two holes-in-one, having previously aced the 16th in 2016. His shot is the first ace at the Masters since 2022 and the 35th overall.
