Hall of Fame wide receiver Terrell Owens made it clear this week he has no emotional investment in the Dallas Cowboys.
Speaking to the Action Network, Owens said: "I don't concern myself with the Cowboys." He added that the feeling is mutual, stating the Cowboys haven't reached out since his departure.

Owens played three seasons in Dallas, from 2006 to 2008, before being released in March 2009. Reports at the time indicated he had become a source of locker room tension. The team finished 9-7 and missed the playoffs that season.
Despite the sour ending, Owens praised the Buffalo Bills, where he played in 2009. He noted the organization continues to embrace him for community events.
Owens finished his career with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2010. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2018, though he skipped the official ceremony.
