Electronics manufacturer Jabil and India's Adani Enterprises have formed a partnership to establish an integrated manufacturing platform for AI and data center infrastructure.
The new entity will supply hardware to global hyperscalers, co-location facilities, and enterprise data centers. The companies are currently finalizing operational frameworks and documentation, though no financial terms were revealed.
India's digital infrastructure sector anticipates over $50 billion in spending across data center, cloud, and AI ecosystems. This initiative aligns with Adani's strategy to invest $100 billion in renewable-powered, AI-ready data centers by 2035.
Jabil, a supplier to Apple, raised its annual forecast in February, citing strong demand for AI data center infrastructure services.
