Elon Musk’s xAI has significantly expanded the availability of its Grok artificial intelligence models across major cloud platforms. Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure are now key distribution partners for the technology.

Oracle integrated Grok 3 into its OCI Generative AI service in June 2025. Subsequent releases included Grok 4 Fast and Grok 4.1 Fast, targeting performance-sensitive applications requiring low latency.

Microsoft Azure followed by making Grok 4 available through Azure AI Foundry starting September 29, 2025. All models on these platforms support a 128K-token context window for extensive data processing.

This multi-cloud strategy mirrors successful distribution tactics employed by OpenAI and Anthropic. Developers can now access Grok via familiar APIs and existing billing systems within their current cloud environments.

For investors, this expansion strengthens Oracle’s competitive cloud portfolio while diversifying model options on Microsoft Azure. Enterprise customers gain broader access to advanced AI without migrating infrastructure.
