Micron Technology announced a strategic partnership with Anthropic on June 22, 2026, featuring a multi-year supply agreement and collaborative design for AI data center architecture.

Micron will provide high-bandwidth memory (HBM), DRAM, and solid-state drives (SSDs) to Anthropic. The two companies will work on optimizing memory and storage for AI workloads.

Sumit Sadana, Micron’s EVP, described the collaboration as an effort to advance AI infrastructure. Anthropic will deploy its flagship AI model, Claude, within Micron's operations.

The Series H funding round, which closed on May 28, 2026, raised $65 billion, bringing Anthropic’s post-money valuation to $965 billion. Major investors include Samsung, SK hynix, Altimeter Capital, Sequoia, and Amazon. Micron's investment terms remain undisclosed.

Micron’s stock increased about 5.5% following the announcement.
