Nvidia is reportedly developing its own open source AI agent platform, tentatively named NemoClaw. The initiative aims to directly compete with platforms like OpenClaw, which gained significant attention for enabling users to run "always-on" AI agents from personal machines using various underlying models.

Sources familiar with Nvidia's plans suggest the company has been pitching NemoClaw to potential corporate partners, including Salesforce, Cisco, Google, Adobe, and CrowdStrike, ahead of its upcoming developer conference. Details regarding the specific benefits for these partners remain undisclosed.

OpenClaw, formerly known as Moltbot and Clawdbot, has attracted interest for its ability to integrate multiple AI models. OpenAI recently hired OpenClaw's creator, Peter Steinberger, to advance personal AI agents, with the OpenClaw project continuing under an independent foundation supported by OpenAI.
