Nvidia announced new partnerships with South Korean tech giants SK Hynix, Naver, and Doosan to advance AI infrastructure.

SK Hynix signed a multiyear agreement with Nvidia to develop next-generation memory chips for AI data centers. The collaboration also includes SK Telecom building a gigawatt-scale AI cloud in South Korea, powered by Nvidia chips, with the first data center expected online early next year.

Naver will expand its AI data center capacity in Gak Sejong, with plans for additional gigawatt-scale AI factories pending power availability. Doosan will integrate Nvidia's physical AI technology into its robotics and use Nvidia's GPU components.

CEO Jensen Huang emphasized that advanced memory is critical for building "AI factories" powering the new industrial revolution.

These partnerships strengthen Nvidia's presence in South Korea, a key manufacturing hub home to major chip and electronics industries.
