OpenAI is targeting approximately $600 billion in total compute spend by the year 2030, according to a CNBC report citing investors.
The artificial intelligence leader also projects total revenue exceeding $280 billion by 2030, with consumer and enterprise segments contributing nearly equally.
For context, OpenAI's 2025 revenue reached $13.1 billion, surpassing its $10 billion target. Last year's spending was $8 billion, below its $9 billion projection.
