Apple unveiled significant upgrades for visionOS during Monday’s WWDC keynote. Vision Pro owners will receive an AI-enhanced Siri capable of tracking eye movement and answering questions based on your field of view. Users can also pin a virtual Siri widget anywhere in their augmented workspace.
The fall update introduces eye-only notification previews and immersive 3D Safari environments, allowing developers to render 360-degree backgrounds. Additional enhancements include a restructured Control Center, threefold faster Wi-Fi connectivity, and an upgraded Dwell Control system for quicker eye-based selections. Developers gain access to Reality Composer 3 for code-free game asset creation. Apple continues refining the headset’s interface to deliver a seamless, cross-device ecosystem.
