Samsung has launched its new Galaxy S26 Series, heavily integrating artificial intelligence technology. The lineup, including the S26 Ultra, S26+, and S26, promises enhanced AI performance, power efficiency, and thermal management.
A standout feature for the Galaxy S26 Ultra is the new Privacy Display. This mode restricts viewing angles, allowing the screen to be seen only when looked at directly, thereby preventing "shoulder surfing." This feature can be configured to automatically activate for sensitive applications.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra also boasts wider camera apertures for improved low-light photography and a custom Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform for Galaxy, offering up to a 19% CPU performance increase.
Samsung is emphasizing AI as a core element, calling the S26 series "agentic AI phones." The devices will leverage Google's Gemini technology and incorporate an assistant option from Perplexity. New photo editing tools, including skin tone softening for selfies, are also included.

Pricing starts at S$1,438 for the standard Galaxy S26, S$1,628 for the S26+, and S$1,828 for the S26 Ultra. Pre-orders in Singapore include double storage and early delivery from March 6, with general availability on March 11.
Samsung also introduced the Galaxy Buds4 Pro and Galaxy Buds4 earbuds, featuring enhanced Active Noise Cancellation and an Adaptive Equaliser. They will be available from March 11, priced at S$249 for the Buds4 and S$349 for the Buds4 Pro.
