Paris is hosting the 10th anniversary of VivaTech, rebranded from Viva Technology to reflect a decade of global innovation. The conference kicks off Wednesday, transforming the Champs-Élysées with a public exhibition of robotics and future mobility on Sunday.

Keynote speakers include Jeff Bezos, Co-CEO of Prometheus, and AI pioneer Yann LeCun. They join a political heavyweight roster featuring French President Emmanuel Macron, India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and European Commission tech executive Henna Virkkunen.

Artificial intelligence dominates the agenda, with a sharp focus on sovereignty, ethics, and cybersecurity. Germany is the featured country of the year, while India serves as the official AI country partner. A new European Centre for AI Excellence, launched with the World Economic Forum, will hold its dedicated day to shape the continent's AI strategy.
