Wispr AI, the San Francisco startup behind the Wispr Flow voice-dictation app, is negotiating a $260 million Series B round that would value the company at roughly $2 billion. Menlo Ventures is expected to lead the deal, though terms are not finalized.

The valuation jump from approximately $700 million in November 2025 represents nearly a 3x increase in just months.

Wispr Flow converts speech into polished text across applications. Prior to this round, the company had raised about $81 million. This deal would more than quadruple total fundraising. There is no token or blockchain component; Wispr AI is a private company raising private capital.
