Anthony Armstrong, xAI's Chief Financial Officer since October, has departed the company. His exit follows a series of senior personnel changes, The Information reported.
Armstrong previously served as a banker at Morgan Stanley. He advised Elon Musk during the acquisition of X, formerly Twitter.
He was responsible for the finance operations of both xAI and X, tasked with guiding the social media platform toward financial stability after advertiser departures.
Details of SpaceX's anticipated $75 billion IPO, valuing the company at $1.75 trillion, were outlined to bankers this week. The plan includes a significant allocation for retail investors.
