At least 11 Palestinians, including women and children, were killed in Israeli airstrikes on four residential buildings in Gaza City's Sheikh Radwan and Tel al-Hawa neighborhoods, and Shati refugee camp. Medics and witnesses reported powerful explosions causing panic.

Targeted was a Hamas commander, Hassan Labad, killed with his wife and three children, including two with disabilities. The Israeli military has not commented.

These strikes occur despite the US-brokered ceasefire, with Israel accusing Hamas of rearming. Since the ceasefire began in October, over 940 have died, according to Gaza's health ministry.
