Albanian protesters have rallied for seven consecutive days against a $1 billion luxury resort linked to Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump, in a movement they call the 'Flamingo Revolution.'

Activists say the project threatens flamingo habitats on Sazan Island and in the Vjosa-Narta protected zone. Anger escalated when bulldozers moved onto the site last month. An activist dragged away by police further fueled public outrage.

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama insists the project will proceed, calling it an economic boon. He stated, 'There is absolutely no chance that the investment will stop as long as I am here.'

Ivanka Trump described discovering the island while sailing. The company behind the development, Sazan Real Estate Development LLC, says it is committed to 'responsible stewardship.'
