Moscow has accused Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania of enabling Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian oil terminals in the Baltic Sea.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova warned the Baltic states, saying, "If the regimes of these countries have enough sense, they will listen. If not, they will have to deal with a response."

The Baltic states deny the allegations. Ukraine launched a massive drone assault on 25 March, targeting ports in Russia's Leningrad region, including Ust-Luga and Vyborg.

Kyiv has resumed attacks on the Leningrad region, with explosions near Ust-Luga. This port, a key export hub for Russian crude, has been hit at least five times between March 22 and 31.

The European Commission said it is monitoring the situation but noted that the Baltic states have primary responsibility for defense matters.

Russia has intensified its rhetoric amid growing tensions in Eastern Europe.
