Ukrainian unmanned systems forces launched a coordinated drone assault on military infrastructure across Russian-occupied Crimea, striking the main power substation in Sevastopol and causing a widespread blackout.

The Russian-installed head of the city, Mikhail Razvozhayev, acknowledged the damage and urged residents to remain calm, warning that energy facilities were operating under a “special regime” while emergency crews assessed the fallout.

Robert Brovdi, commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, confirmed that 48 military sites were targeted, including the key substation. Explosions were also reported near Bakhchisarai, Kerch, and Mount Ai-Petri, where a Russian Aerospace Forces radio engineering battalion is based.

With temperatures reaching 30°C, the occupation authorities advised power-saving measures and asked residents to check on vulnerable neighbors.
