Singapore Airlines has extended its suspension of all flights between Singapore and Dubai through April 30. The decision follows the escalation of Middle East hostilities that began February 28 with U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran.
SIA cited the "geopolitical situation" as the reason, warning that other routes may be impacted as conditions remain fluid.
Affected passengers will be rebooked on alternate flights or issued full refunds for unused tickets. Direct bookings can be refunded online; third-party bookings require contact with the original agent or airline.
The conflict has triggered widespread airspace restrictions across the Middle East-forcing reroutes, increasing fuel burn, and raising operational costs for carriers globally.
