A secret military training initiative between Moscow and Beijing is underway on Chinese soil, directly challenging China’s long-stated position of neutrality in the Russia-Ukraine war.

According to intelligence sources, the Kremlin has approved a classified program deploying roughly 200 Russian personnel. Their mission is instructing Chinese forces in advanced unmanned aerial systems, electronic warfare countermeasures, and coordinated armored infantry operations.

The joint sessions represent a significant escalation in defense cooperation. The curriculum focuses on tactics actively deployed in the Ukraine theater, providing the People's Liberation Army with direct operational feedback from a modern, high-intensity conflict.

This development complicates the diplomatic landscape, suggesting a pivot towards direct military support that may impact future engagement between Washington and Beijing.
