ProCap Financial, a Bitcoin-focused investment firm led by Anthony Pompliano, has purchased 450 Bitcoin, bringing its total holdings to 5,457 coins. The acquisition was funded by approximately $35 million from its working capital account.
With Bitcoin currently trading at $66,341, ProCap’s Bitcoin treasury is now worth over $360 million, positioning it as the 19th-largest corporate holder of Bitcoin. Pompliano founded the company in 2025 as a publicly traded vehicle for institutional exposure to the asset.
The company also engaged in an aggressive equity repurchase of 782,408 shares to close the discount between its share price and net asset value. ProCap has raised over $750 million from institutional backers since its founding.
