SwissBorg, a digital asset investment platform managing over $1 billion, has received authorization under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation from France's Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

This approval allows SwissBorg to offer comprehensive crypto-asset services, including custody, portfolio management, and advisory. CEO Cyrus Fazel highlighted the milestone as crucial for building trust and fostering innovation within the European crypto landscape.

The company plans to transition its European operations to France in the coming months. SwissBorg, which launched its crypto app in 2021, previously raised $23 million in a Series A community funding round.
