Trusted Smart Chain (TSC), the Layer 1 blockchain designed from the ground up for compliant real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, is taking the Spotlight Stage at Consensus 2026. The panel, titled “Where Blockchain Meets Main Street: Trusted Smart Chain,” is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM EDT at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
Unlike general-purpose blockchains that prioritize speed and decentralization, TSC was built with regulatory compliance as the core architectural principle. Its consensus mechanism and smart contract design embed identity verification, transfer conditions, jurisdictional controls, and auditable settlement directly into the network.
The founding team brings direct experience in capital markets, securities law, and taking companies public. Panelists include Travis Flaherty, Billy Beach, Matt Nicosia, and Brant Frank. Matt Nicosia delivered the keynote at the Washington D.C. Digital Finance Summit where TSC received the “Blockchain of the Year” award in January 2026. TSC also completed a CertiK security audit.
TSC transitioned to fully on-chain operations in 2025, now supporting over 30,000 active nodes and 1,100 node operators. The network is governed by the community through Nova DAO, and the TSC Adoption Fund supports ecosystem partners like T7X.
The panel will address moving RWA tokenization from proof of concept to production infrastructure, focusing on the regulatory environment, architectural requirements, and the necessity of building compliance from day one.
