The bank will allocate $5.25 million to compensate affected individuals, who can claim up to $2,500 for documented losses. The settlement also offers up to $10,000 for extraordinary losses or a flat $100 without documentation. Affected customers will receive two years of free credit monitoring. Claim forms must be submitted by June 4, 2026.
Cadence Bank will invest an additional $3.5 million into enhancing data security measures.
