Singapore’s Food Agency (SFA) and Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA) have recalled two additional batches of formula milk contaminated with cereulide toxin, a substance that can cause nausea and vomiting.

The affected products are Nestle NAN HA2 (800g), batch 52750017C1, manufactured in Switzerland with an expiry of October 31, 2027, and Nature One Dairy Organic Toddler Milk Formula Stage 3 (900g), batch 326251110, made in Australia expiring November 11, 2027.

This brings the total number of recalled formula batches since January 8 to 11, involving Nestle NAN, Nature One Dairy, and Dumex Dulac brands. All three previously reported cases of mild illness linked to the toxin have fully recovered, and no new cases have been identified since the agencies’ last update on January 30.

Authorities note there is currently no clinical test to confirm cereulide poisoning. The CDA is monitoring potential cases through coordination with medical practitioners.

Consumers are urged not to feed children the recalled products and to seek medical advice if symptoms appear. Affected batches represent about 5% of Singapore’s imported infant formula supply and a negligible share of the broader market, with ample alternatives available.
