Whole Foods is recalling its Market Kitchen Minestrone Soup due to an undeclared allergen. Manufacturer Kettle Cuisine announced the recall on May 21, stating the soup may contain shrimp not listed on the label.

Consumers allergic to crustacean shellfish face serious or life-threatening reactions. No illnesses have been reported.

The recalled soup is a 24-ounce clear plastic cup with the following identifiers: Lot Code 1762181, Use By Date May 27, 2026, and UPC 099482502065.

The soup was sold online nationwide via Whole Foods and Amazon, and in Whole Foods retail locations in Washington D.C. and 17 states: Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
